Bios uptate Mitac6133

Hallo

Ich habe einen alten Microspot NB433T13-128 Laptop.
Ich möchte gerne das neueste Bios draufspielen.
Bei http://www.microspot.ch/ gibts aber keine Bios, sondern nur Treiber.
Ich weiss das da ein Mitac6133 drin ist.
War dann bei Mitac auf der Seite, dort gibt es das Bios: http://www.mitacservice.com/visitor/...p?fid=29569290
Besteht aus 3 Dateien und einem TXT:
Important notice from Mitac Technical Support.
The 6133, 6133S and 6133SB all use the same BIOS (filename prefixed with just 6133).
The 6133SX uses a different BIOS (filename prefixed with 6133SX).
Using the wrong BIOS will cause the computer to stop functioning and will require repair by an authorised Mitac repair centre.
Also, when updating the BIOS, use the following command :
MIFLASH <name of BIOS image> /UB
e.g. type "MIFLASH R117.BIN /U" without the quotes.

Kann mir jemand erklären was ich jetzt damit machen muss?
Ich kann leider kein Englisch.
