probleme mithercules 3d prophet AIW 8500 dv

hi hab paar probleme mit der karte

1. problem

ich habs nie geschafft mit der karte von nem camcorder oder von ner digicam was auf den pc zu überspielen

2.

hab die karte gepatcht... jetzt geht multimediacenter nicht mehr ok es stand da man muss es separat auch neu saugen hab ich getan dan dass alte deinstalliert und das neue installiert wie empfohlen... nun geht tv nimmer

3. in hl engine games im d3d modus ist das wasser nicht transparent mit andren worten man sieht rein garnix darin ausser die wasseroberfläche

kann mir wer weiterhelfen?

Habe die selbe Karte!
Die problemlos funktioniert -> PC Profil 1 mit Windows XP
Neueste Hercules Treiber installiert ??
ATI Utility von der Ati Seite Downloaden und nachsehen was das Prob ist. (genauen Link habe ich nicht, leider!)
Selbst in HL und Konsorten nie ein Problem!!

Welches Betriebsystem ?
Gepatcht mit was ?
Welche Kamera?

Ich hänge mich auch gleich mit einer Frage an:
Mich stört bei dieser Karte die Aufdringlichkeit der Software.
Gibt es schon die gesamte Software die auf der mitgelieferten CD neu auf der Homepage von Hercules. Wenn ja wie ist die Reihenfolge bei der Installation.
Wie benutzt man eigentlich das Handbuch. Ein PDF-File hab ich nicht gefunden.

neueste patches von hercules site
ebenso neuestes multimediacenter oder wie des heisst...

und in hl spinnts nur in d3d modus...

kamera war ne nikon (modell weiss ich grad net)
und beim camcorder bekam ich nur den ton aufn pc kein bild...
der camcorder is zwar älter aber dass sollt nix machen...

Hallo also mit windows 98 habe ich die Karte noch nicht benutzt!

Aber hast du schonmal die ATI Treiber www.ati.com versucht!

NOTE: Ensure that you have logged onto the system with Administrative rights if you are using Windows 2000/XP

Uninstall the ATI Display Driver
Restart once prompted. If prompted cancel the installation of the display adapter upon boot up.
Close all other applications running, including any anti-virus software before attempting to install the driver suite.

Windows 2000/XP:
You can confirm that all applications are closed using the Windows Task Manager.
Press CTRL+ALT+DEL once and then click Task Manager. Select the "Applications" tab. If any applications are still listed on this tab, highlight the application and then click the "End Task" button at the bottom of the tab. Repeat this procedure until there are no more applications running.


Windows 98/SE/ME:
Press CTRL+ALT+DEL once. Highlight each application and then click the "End Task" button at the bottom of this window. Repeat this procedure until there are no more applications running except for EXPLORER & SYSTRAY. Do NOT end task on these two applications or your PC will shut down.


Locate the WDM Capture drivers and double-click on it.
DO NOT RESTART as prompted.
Locate the Display Driver download and double-click on it.
Restart once prompted.
Locate the ATI Control Panel (if included) download and double-click on it.
Restart once prompted
