soeben auf avsim.com gesehen:

EDITVOICEPACK allows you to easily add new words to the FS2002 ATC voicepacks. You can create the new words by combining segments of existing words using the build-in sound editor. Newly created words can be distributed freely, as they do not contain any Microsoft copyrighted data.
EditVoicepack 1.0 ships with a sample file with over 120 new airline callsigns, as well as 20 fixes of the standard sounds. Notice that EditVoicepack requires the.Net Framework available from Microsoft (see the readme for further details). (JW)

Hi,

lies mal meinen Beitrag "Editvoicepack" weiter unten, da sind einige Fragen/Antworten zu dem Thema drin. Ganz so einfach wie wir uns das vorstellen, ist es - noch - nicht.
