FS9 - Sichteinstellung dauerhaft ändern

Hallo,

weiss jemand ob beim FS9 die Sichteinstellung "schrittweiser Übergang" dauerhaft in der FS.config verändert werden kann. Da diese Einstellung m.E. nervig ist , muss man sie sonst jedes Mal im Menü ändern, d. den Haken rausnehmen.

Kurz mal rausgesucht, weil es mich auch interessiert. Es geht nicht über die FS9.cfg, sondern über die FLTSIM.FLT:

I know it's been 1 1/2 years since this post but I have the answer so I figured I'd post it for future finds.

Whenever you save ANY flight and you want to know what changed, just save a flight with a setting one way and then save another flight with the setting another way and compare the .FLT files that result.

To turn off Gradual Transition, you change the setting:

SpotFastTransition=False

Just set it as:

SpotFastTransition=True

You do NOT need to make this your default flight as that can also save settings you do not want saved. I have a HUGE enemy of this overused and over-recommended process.

Simply go into the the Flights folder (under the main FS9 folder) and then the Other folder. In that folder is a file called FLTSIM.FLT. THIS is where all the default flight information is stored. Make the change there and the default flight will have that changed without destroying other key settings.

I edit this file line by line, to get the sim exactly the way I want it. Compare that file to any one you save as a default flight and you'll see a LOT of additional things getting saved (like time of day, weather, which AI is there and what they're doing, day of the week, etc.) that you likely want to keep as dynamic.

I prefer to fly, for example, out of Gate F30 at KPHL (Philly). So, I set myself at the gate there and save the flight BUT DID NOT MAKE IT THE DEFAULT FLIGHT. I then just looked at the key location data that changed and added that to FLTSIM.FLT and, presto, I have a nice, concise, fully dynamic default flight that starts at Gate F30 at KPHL. I did the same thing for the plane I prefer and even set it to cold and dark so that I start it up each time.

ein bißchen einfacher geht´s noch mit Wolli´s Flusi-Fix. Dort gibt es in der Kategorie Flight-Dateien die Möglichkeit, diese Außenansichten per Knopfdruck zu ändern:

Das Nervigste am ganzen Flusi ist das lahme Übergangsverhalten das Flugzeug beim Wechseln in die Außenansicht. Dazu kommt noch das sekundenlange Schlingern der Flugzeuge. Wem das auch zu nervig ist, kann das hier abstellen. Die Änderungen werden in den Flight-Dateien vorgenommen.

SpotTransitionType=Rolle
Hier kann man das Schlingern beim Sichtwechsel abstellen.

SpotFastTransition=True
Hier wird der schnelle Übergang beim Sichtwechsel aktiviert.

Bei SpotFastTransition sollte 'True' gewählt werden. Wird nun bei SpotTransitionType 'Rolle' oder 'Looping' gewählt, folgt das Beobachterflugzeug dem eigenen Flugzeug in immer der gleichen Position, was z.B. günstig bei Fahrt auf dem Taxiway ist. Wählt man 'Fix', so dreht sich das eigene Flugzeug in Kurven unabhängig vom Beobachterflugzeug. Um es immer im gleichen Sichtwinkel zu betrachten, muß man die Drehung mit dem Coolihat des Joysticks vornehmen.

Kann ich bestätigen, mit dem FlusiFix geht das einwandfrei und ganz einfach. Muss man nur beizeiten wiederholen, wenn zwischenzeitlich diverse Addons wieder Beispielflüge installiert haben. Für diese werden die Einstellungen nämlich nicht automatisch mitübernommen.
