FSD, die größte Frechheit aller Zeiten

Hallo,
ich brauche dringend euere Hilfe, da ich der Englischen Sprache nicht sonderlich mächtig bin.
Folgende Situation:
Ich hatte vor längerem die PC6 bei FSD käuflich erworben, nach einer Neuinstallation schickte mir FSD meine Userdaten wieder zu. Alles schön und gut nachdem ich die PC6 dann wieder gedownloadet hatte und ich sie installieren wollte, spuckt mir der Installer folgende Fehlermeldung entgegen:

Ich schrieb daraufhin eine Mail an den FSD Support und beschrieb denen das Problem. Nun kam eben folgende Antwort:

So wie gesagt ich komme mit dem Englisch nicht so wirklich klar, was ich aber verstanden habe ist, das Sie mir irgendwelche Keygens oder ähnliche Programme unterstellen. Ich bin mir jedoch nicht bewusst jemals ein solches Programm benutzt zu haben!!! Was soll ich FSD nun auf diese Mail antworten.
