Birds Eye View: Ich kriegs ncht zum laufen!

Hallo,
ich kriege Birds Eye View einfach nicht zum laufen.
Beim Start des Konfigurators gibts eine .net Fehlermeldung:

unhandled exception usw.

Ich habe schon verschiedene Installationsorte probiert.
Im BEV Forum hat auch einer das Problem-bisher aber ohne Lösung.
