Kompatibilität zu FSUIPC 3.x

Hallo,

wie sieht es denn eigentlich mit der Kompatibilität zur neuen Version 3.x von der FSUIPC aus ? Es wäre schade, wenn FSBUS am neuen FS2004 nicht mehr spielen würde.

It works great in FS2004 when you have the registered FSUIPC.

I have so far tried only FSBUS 1.3, since I havent converted my config over yet, but I dont see a reason why the 2.0 wouldnt work when FSUIPC itself seems to work perfectly.

You pretty much want to register your FSUIPC even though FSBUS is freeware, and could possibly get a free key - but with the registration you have all those key definitions and joystick calibration and other extran config stuff available, so it makes a lot of sense to register it if you are into home cockpit stuff.

It is entirely up to Dirk to get a FREE key for FSBUS to work with FSUIPC 3.x. As long as FSBUS is a freeware project, this is only a formality, and I am sure he is making arrangements with Pete Dowson, the author of FSUIPC.

Well sure.

Then again, it makes a lot of sense to register your FSUIPC if you are into home cockpits since you can then use the key assignment and joystick calibration and such things in FSUIPC that are very useful as an addition to FSBUS or whatever you use as your hardware.

(Plus it's a nice way to say "thanks" to Pete Dowson for the work he has been doing for FSUIPC for a long time..)

But yeah, it should be possible to get a free FSUIPC key for FSBUS.
