Also ich hab mal im Internet rumgestöbert und folgendes gefunden.
VPSS747-400 Professional clean install in FS2002

place 747pro CD in tray, should autostart
click install
click OK
click Next

at the Severe error message click OK
select your components from the list

under Destination Folder click Browse
set the path to FS2002
click Next
click Finish
select "Do not install a patch at this time"
click Next


after the install is complete
open windows explorer
goto the FS2002 folder

the install will have added the following folders,,

FS2002\aircraft\PSS-747<livery>

FS2002\aircraft\PSS-747
this folder will contain

panel
panel.ge
panel.pw
panel.rr
sound

FS2002\PSS
this folder will contain

Boeing 747-400
NavData
**the navdata can be updated from the Support Page link**

exit windows explorer

download the following files from the Phoenix Support\Patches page

744 Final Patch
747 Panel Fix
Updated 747-400air1 02/01

doubleclick 744final
doubleclick 747final.exe
click Next
set the path to FS2002
click Next
click Start
click Next
click Exit

doubleclick 744AIRUP1
extract the files to a temporary folder (ie,, C:|windows\temp)
copy the appropriate *.air file to the FS2002\aircraft\PSS-747<livery> folder
to find out which goes where do the following,,,

goto FS2002\aircraft\
open the folder PSS-747AC
you will see the following

model
panel
sound
texture
aircraft.cfg
loadedit
Pss744AC.air

copy the file Pss744AC.air from the temporay folder to this folder

installing patch747.zip
this fix will not auto install in FS2002, do the following,,,
extract the file patch747 to c:\
**Windows XP users, see below

check your ms-dos path to FS2002, do this
go to ms-dos prompt
type cd\, hit enter
this takes you to the root drive c:
type dir, hit enter
check the directory structure and look for
PROGRA~1
type cd progra~1, hit enter
this takes you to the program files directory
type dir, hit enter
look for MICROS~1
type cd micros~1, hit enter
this takes you to the Microsoft Games folder
type dir, hit enter
you should see FS2002
this confirms your path as

c:\progra~1\micros~1\fs2002

click start, run
enter this in the box

c:\patch747 C:\progra~1\micros~1\fs2002

**Windows XP users can enter
C:\patch747 C:\program files\microsoft games\FS2002

click OK
as per the dos box instructions, press any key to continue
once completed you can delete c:\patch747

start FS2002
select Aircraft\Select Aircraft\
look under Unspecified
select PSS B747-400 <your choice>
click OK
after the panel loads, exit FS2002

go to FS2002\aircraft
open the file airlines.cfg using notepad
using copy and paste
add the following

using windows explorer
goto FS2002\aircraft\PSS-747<livery>
open aircraft.cfg using notepad

delete the lines
atc_id_enable=1
editable=0

add the following to the end of the file

[EFFECTS]
wake=fx_wake
water=fx_spray
dirt=fx_tchdrt
concrete=fx_sparks
touchdown=fx_tchdwn, 1
exit and save

click start\run
click browse
go to FS2002\fsedit
click OK

when fsedit loads
click file\open
select PSS B747-400 <your choice>

under manufacturer
add Boeing

under Type
add 747-400

under variation
add the livery name, example Air Canada

under ATC Airline
leave blank

under ATC type
select Boeing Aircraft

under Model
select B774

check "Heavy"

click file\save
exit

using windows explorer
open the file FS2002\PSS-747\panel.ge\panel.cfg
scroll down to

VIEW_UP_WINDOWS=37
VIEW_UP_DIR=-15.0, 0.0, 0.0

change UP to DOWN, remove "-" in front of 15.0
exit and save

start FS2002
select your PSS747 under Boeing\747-400
click change
under Callsign select the appropriate name
enter a Flight Number
click OK

done, go fly!
