Q) How do I extend the Stairs in the PMDG 737-700 With Stairs?

A) The stairs extension and retraction are mapped to the Concorde Nose and Visor operations - go to your MS FS Key Assignments and assign a keystroke for "Extend Concorde Nose and Visor Fully" and "Retract Concorde Nose and Visor fully". Then, you'll be able to use those to move the stairs.
