LILO-Probleme

Die Zeile mit install hab ich selber hinzugefügt, bringt aber nix. Die Zeile in Deiner lilo.conf (map = /floppy/map) kenn ich nicht, was bewirkt denn die???

Nicht die Nerven wegschmeissen!

Erste Möglichkeit: Die map-Datei sagt LiLo beim Booten wo der Kernel liegt und wird beim Aufruf lilo -C /floppy/lilo.conf automatisch auf der Bootdisk angelegt, LiLo braucht aber einen Verwies darauf in der lilo.conf!!

Oder zweite Möglcihtkeit:
Wenn du lieber mit dem neuen Lilo booten willst, und nicht von Disk, dann trag über oder unter vga=normal die Zeile "lba32" ein, ruf LiLo auf und er sollte auch über den 1024 Zylindern booten und du brauchst kein Part/BootMagic usw.!!
