samba starten

also samba startet man ja indem man einfach "smbd start" eingibt und "nmbd start" und das unter /etc/init.d/ normaler weiße laut meinen infos . nur bei meinem Suse Linux 8.0 sind diese zwei dateien nicht vorhanden . also meine frage : Wie kann ich Samba ( "smbd " und "nmbd " ) starten ? und wo ??? die smb.conf hab ich schon konfiguriert .
