ABOUT IDSA
IDSA? What is that?
IDSA is an organization representing the majority of the larger game companies. The companies are paying IDSA to take care of piracy issues and therefore IDSA can demand people to remove software titles from the respective members.
So there is no other way to get games protected by IDSA?
Well, not from this site. I highly recommend you contact the copyright holder (you can see that on each game page) and tell them to start selling the game again or allow Classic Trash to offer it for download. Other than that you can search through various online stores or through Ebay where someone might be willing to sell you a copy.
Why don't you just forget about IDSA and let the games stay up for download?
It sounds tempting but even though IDSA would probably never sue me I do have a personal life and I'm not ready to pay huge fines and/or spend time in jail just because I want to offer games to people for free.
Isn't it possible to do anything about this "IDSA problem"?
Well, not really. I highly recommend you write to IDSA through this e-mail:
idsa@idsa.com. Please remember to be polite and use good arguments in your mail. And please keep personal anger etc. out of the mail as it will only make us all look bad.
