Hallo!
Es gibt bei jeder GNU/Linuxdistribution die Möglichkeit, die CD`s als Rescuebootsystem zu nutzen.
Sprich du gehst her, installierst $Windowse und bootest zum Schluss von CD, gibst als root "lilo" ein und alles sollte wieder so sein wie vorher
