Ich hab das anders gelöst, stand glaub ich in der FAQ von
www.sylence.de :
#! /bin/sh
# /etc/init.d/klogd: start the kernel log daemon.
# Use KLOGD="-k /boot/System.map-$(uname -r)" to specify System.map
#
KLOGD="-c 1"
^^^^^^^^^^^^^
dort das -c 1 ergänzen, dann werden nur Katastrophenmeldungen auf die Konsole geschrieben
