Ist doch eh klar. "remote-file" ist der Name des Files am entfernten Rechner, "local-file" der Name, den das File auf Deinem Rechner haben soll. Und "get" heisst "holen" - also vom entfernten REchner zu Deine REchner. Put geht in die umgekehrte Richtung.
RTFM ruled greba. Und eine kurze Suche bei Google liefert auch ein paar nette deustchsprachige ftp-Hilfen, falls Englisch das Problem sein sollte.
