Als Ergänzung noch einige Auszüge aus dem PAI-Forum:
- NEVER uncheck the Support option
- The options "Base" and "Aircraft" MUST be selected in the FIRST install procedure ONLY; it will be selected in the future when we have any updates for them
- It's going to appear a screen written DONE, please, just close it that the installation will continue. The form1 box that comes up is NOT an error message, it is normal and expected. Close the box and the installer will continue working.
- It may happen that the progress bar finishes before all files are being downloaded, let it go untill the installer starts the compiling progress.
- it installs a modified traffic.bgl file, that removes the unreal companies like SOAR, Orbit etc... It also includes the default GA Aircraft with the right prefixes for each country, than it includes the selected airliners.
Frage:
ok... I know I'm proabably just doing something stupid, but I downloaded the autoinstaller, ran it, and NOTHING happened. I heard you don't need to download anything else, and it doesn't matter where you put the files... this must not be true, because project AI does NOT work for me.
Antwort:
Make sure you select Base and some airlines. You do need to download files, thats what the autoinstaller is for. So make sure you have a Internet Connection on when running the Autoinstaller. Also I heard some people saying that it wasn't going through there proxy/firewall. For this it looks like the AI bunch is making a manual installer. Also test it at a big airport like Ohare to make sure the airlines you select have service to that airport.
