What is an .afd file?
The file extension afd stands for ActiveFile data. The ActiveFile format is a new standard, and is the only 32-bit font distribution standard. ActiveFiles come in three “flavors” DVFonts, Objects, and Textures.
Each character is a separate movie, the ActiveFile data contains all the movies that makes up the DVFonts, Objects, and Textures.
