Mein Computer

Standard

you must be running Windows 2000 and be logged in to the computer as ADMIN.

1. Click Start > Run.

2. Run the Microsoft Management Console from the Run dialog by typing MMC, and then clicking OK.

3. From the main menu bar, select Console > Add/Remove Snap-in.

4. Click Add, and then select Group Policy.

5. Click Add. You should now see a Group Policy Object named "Local Computer."

6. Click Finish.

7. Click Close.

8. Click OK.

9. From the Console Root window, click the plus sign to expand the tree structure out from the Local Computer Policy category until the Security Options category for Local Policies is displayed (for example, click Local Computer Policy > Computer Configuration > Windows Settings > Security Settings > Local Policies > Security Options).

10. In the right pane of the Console Root window, double-click Clear Virtual Memory Page File When System Shuts Down.

11. Click Enable.

12. Click OK.

13. Shut down and re-start the system, and then create an image.

Mit freundlichem Gruß
