I see that very same UDP connection on my Windows Me system. My
network has a Windows XP computer running as an Internet Connection
Sharing server and DHCP server. Windows XP ICS uses Universal Plug
and Play.
You can enable or disable Universal Plug and Play in Control Panel |
Add/Remove Programs | Windows Setup | Communications.
