ad 1.) Ist das der wegen der Privatkopie? --> Interessanter Artikel im c`t bezüglich daß der im Ernstfall nicht standhält.
ad 2.) Das ist ja das perverse, Vergütung UND Content Scrambling UND Digital Rights Managment UND .....
