Das entfernen ist glaub ich nur bis Excel 97 möglich. In diesen Versionen wurde nur irgendein bit gesetzt. Die späteren Versionen verschlüsseln so weit ich weiß das ganze file ->nicht möglich (außer mit brute force, kann aber dauern).
