Stimmt nicht ganz.
1. geht Kirch in Insolvenz und nicht in Konkurs. Da besteht ein gewaltiger Unterschied.
2. hat nur Kirch Media Insolvenz angemeldet. Dieser Unternehmungszweig hat mit Kirch Pay TV wenig zu tun.
Kirch Pay TV (Premiere) ist nicht in Insolvenz oder Konkurs!!
