Die Altitude Callouts sind mit dem GPWS verknüpft:

Mode 6 - Altitude Advisories
Provides voice callouts of radio altitude at 2500, 500(only when an ILS is tuned or the Airplane is not within 2 dots of glide slope), 50, 30 and 10 feet.
D.h. es wird als teil des GPWS angesehen.
Ich weiß aber nicht ob sie ausgehen wenn man das GPWS ausschaltet.
Ich scheue noch mal nach.
