(16224) - I cannot get the TV output to work properly.
Make sure you have downloaded and installed the latest version of the drivers and that the TV is connected to the Viper. Click on the TV Output tab in Display Properties (In Windows 98 go to the Settings tab and click on Advanced Properties to get the TV Output tab). If the TV is connected the On/Off button will be active. Click it to switch the output to the television. Click it again to switch back to the monitor.
Make sure that the cable to the TV is no longer than 6 feet in length, as the signal loss alone over a longer cable may cause the TV either to not be detected or, it detected, not display an image when selected. The use of a VCR between the TV and the computer can also boost the signal to make it stronger

Sieht so aus als ob suka recht hat - der fernseher muss angeschlossen sein, und wenn das so stimmt, dann darf das Kabel zum Fernseher nicht länger als 2 meter sein

...ist aber schon sehr kurz
