a.) Du brauchst (wenn das Verzeichnis in $PATH ist) nicht erst nach /usr/sbin und so wechseln, es reicht wenn du es als Root einfach eingibst.
b.) Ich habe Red Hat ewig nicht angeschaut, aber bei Debian heisst es "printtool". Schau mal.
