12.000 kommt mir für eine pure html Seite biserl teuer vor.
5.000-10.000 ist wohl in Ordnung. Die muß aber auch gut sein.
Meine Kriterien für Gut:
1.) Vernünftige Ladezeiten
2.) Gutes Design
3.) Gute Navigation
Pluspunkte gibts für sparsame Verwendung von JavaScript und für kommentierung des Quelltextes (damit ein anderer damit weiterarbeiten kann).
(Ich würd nicht soviel zahlen
)
Good luck. Am besten lern man HTML wirklich bei konkreten Projekten.
(Und wenn man sich fremden Quelltext ansieht
