Also das mit Windows wird sicher ein Experiment.
Wenn's nicht geht würd' ich versuchen mit einem Programm wie Partition Magic die erste Partition vom Primary Master um wenige MB zu verkleinern, denn dass funzt sicher und das hab ich auch schon gemacht.
Dann kann Windows seine Sch**ß Dateien auf C:\ ablegen und Windows wird auf D:\ installiert.
Zur lilo.conf:

ändern in:

other=/dev/hdb1

abschließend den lilo noch schreiben: in der Konsole mit 'lilo'.
Und wenn er dir beim Booten keine Auswahl läßt, änderst Du das "delay = 20" auf "prompt", war bei mir mal ein Problem.
