Ok, diesbezüglich war das Verhalten bei mir exakt gleich.
Nur nach ca. einer halben Stunde hat er das Reboot gemacht und war dann wieder vollständig wiederhergestellt.
Lass uns mal den Inhalt des Usb-Sticks genau vergleichen.
Hast du es auch mit FAT probiert ? (nicht nur FAT32 ?)
Was kommt, wenn du in der Dos-Box eingiebst:
chkdsk {laufwerksbuchstabe vom usb-stick}:

Vergleichen wir mal den exakten Inhalt des Usb-Sticks.
Das geht am einfachsten mit dem Utility md5sums.
