Es handelt sich um einen Fehler in der deutschen Version von Vista oder Win7 !!!
Allerdings schaffe ich die Fehlerbehebung nicht.
Ich mache es so wie im kb969986 beschrieben aber der Fehler ist nach wie vor da:

, type cmd in the Start Search box, right-click cmd.exe in the Programs list, and then click Run as administrator.

- Type the following command, and then press ENTER: rd Programme
- Type the following command, and then press ENTER: mklink /J Programme "%programfiles%"
Wenn ich nun in der Adressleiste des Datei Explorers eingebe
NT C:\Programme\Windows
erhalte ich die Fehlermeldung
Der Server unter www.nt%20c.com konnte nicht gefunden werden.
Auch die "Fix it for me" Fehlerbehebung geht nicht, da passiert leider gar nichts, wenn ich draufklicke...
