das hat nichts mit windows zu tun.
das liegt am bios. notebook bios sind meist sehr eingeschränkt. wenn es das notebook bios nicht erlaubt von usb zu booten, dann gehts nicht.
aber schau dir mal dein bios an ob es das erlaubt.
vl muß auch ein bios update her
