hatte auch mal das problem, dann ist dann wohl dein floppycontroller hinüber. probier mal, ob du irgendwoher ein anderes mobo oder eine controllerkarte bekommst, wo du das floppy anstecken kannst, um mal zu testen, obs das ist.
