Habe einmal angefangen die Dokumentation durchzulesen. Kennst du noch andere Anletiungen für TYPO3?
Was ich bereits nicht schaffe (liegt 100% an meinem fehlenden Wissen): Die Hauptseiten und Unterseiten in der Navigation zu trennen, also
