"s" ist standard, "b" ist business, hab mal so eine HP-Folie mit den Unterschieden gesehen, der Hauptunterschied ist die Integrierte Sicherheit, also TPM, Fingerprint, Festplattenschutz bei Sturz, usw., bei HP gibt es 4 Stufen (nur bei den Businessbooks) s, b, p, und w - p steht für professionell, und w für workstation, wie zB das 8710w, was nicht mehr ganz so mobil ist, dafür schon einem Standcomputer entspricht....
