Terminal Procedures have now been added to the PMDG data! Go to the FMS Data section of the Navigraph website (
http://www.navigraph.com/www/fmsdata.asp) to download the latest revision. Some information:

This second revision of the PMDG data cycle contains all worldwide published Terminal Procedures (SIDs/STARs/IAPs incl. missed approach procedures & gates). It covers 2,165 airports around the world.
