Hallo Helmut,
poste bitte mal die entsprechende Stelle (windows [xx] )deiner panel.cfg sonst wird das etwas schwer  mit helfen.
Ahja und wenn du dieses window wieder rausnimmst aus der panel.cfg ist alles wieder wie es sein soll?
