Das ist ein altes Problem bei der Dash ich habs auch mal gehabt, aber in deren Forum gibts ne Lösung...Ich such mal

In the bottom right corner there is a spoiler axis. Press "Reset". If this is not available (ie "Set" is displayed), close FS, backup your FSUIPC.ini and delete the original file. Keep in mind that the *.ini file is where all the settings are kept, so this will remove anything you have setup. Unfortunately this is the only way to do it.
Also check that nothing is on the Spoiler axis on the FS side of things. The Dash-8 doesn't have selectable spoilers, even though when you press the key it seems to slow you down.
