falls sich bei chello nix geändert hat, so check mal ob sie KEINE lease expires mitschicken, damit ist meist der dhcpd sehr unzufrieden und du bekommst keine IP. hast du schon mal folgendes getestet
ifconfig eth0 down
ifconfig eth0 hw ether D:E:I:N:E:M:A:C
ifconfig eth0 up CHELLOIP netmask 255.255.255.0
trag mal die ip fix ein! dann funzt es meist auch unter
