Weil Adobe dir sicher beantworten kann ob das rechtens ist, dass die ihre Software zu Spottpreisen ohne offensichtliche Lizenz verkaufen - ein TXT File mit Serial bekomm ich im e-Mule auch schnell und das zählt nicht als Lizenz
(Kannst natürlich auch bei Borland/Maya etc. nachfragen ist ja egal bei welcher Firma)
Also ich kann mir beim besten Willen nicht vorstellen, dass das reguläre Softwarelizenzen sind. Sieht eher aus als ob da jemand mit Raubkopien schnelles Geld machen will..

Wenn man eine legale Lizenz hat müsste es ja möglich sein das Produkt zu registrieren.
