on this page you can find GPSout, which sends GPS data in NMEA format over the comport. If you can connect your pda to the comm port (or a virtual comm port over usb) you can use any real GPS program with fs.

I used this in the past to run PocketFMS (which i also used in real aviation) on the sim.

I dont know of a way to run a FS cdu on a pda.
