you would do well to reread Robert's statement above. There has been no decision made in this matter simply because the avenues of communication seem to be clogged, one way or another. As is customary in all businesses, we tend to continuously evaluate what's best for our customers so you should not hold us responsible for stating this.

We have tried (and will continue to do so) to contact you via emails to discuss this matter, but Robert has not received any email response from you in the past two attempts. Instead, we see an apparent policy decision by yourself that is announced to our customers in our forum, without having heard back from you. This provoked a clarification from Robert which set the record straight as far as our customers are concerned.

Let's take this communication private, where it should be. It's preferred that we make all decisions when it comes to setting our customers' expectations straight about our products, I am sure that's true for your customers as well.

When you first approached me about your concept to move to a commercial format in order to obtain the licenses required to continue after DAFIF- i was highly supportive.

We appear to be having some communications problems, however- as we have been informed (in the form of a Blind Carbon Copy) from your technical support that some major changes are coming that will affect compatibility with our upcoming MD11, the 747-400 for FSX, and future products later in the development cycle.

We've tried to obtain answers from you folks- but our email appear to be getting ignored- so we are reaching a point where critical decisions must be made in order not to further delay products coming to market.

We'd love to support you as Navdata grows into something even bigger- but in order for commercial developers like PMDG to continue bringing you customers- we need to have some idea what we are facing- and how we will interface with your product...

It's probably best for you to reach us directly by email- the sooner the better....
