Ich hatte vor ein paar Wochen 1KG Zwiebeln gegessen (es ging um eine Wette). Das zog sich dann auch 1, 2 Tage. 
Aber 1 Monat ist recht heftig. Ich würd auch unbedingt zum Arzt gehen!
