So lange Pausen sind meistens ein Zeichen für Netzwerkaktivität bzw. dass eine Netzwerkressource NICHT gefunden werden konnte und deshalb ein Timeout abgewartet werden muss.
Das heißt, beim Booten im abgesicherten Modus ohne Netzwerk sollte das Problem dann nicht auftreten.
