Anyway, I think if a customer can show his credit card voucher which shows that he bought the aircraft he should get a download account again. Otherwise I'm not sure what happens if you buy a boxed CD and you loose you data and the CD is out of order. It will be difficult as well to get substitute for it.
But I'm glad you guys found a deal.
