Du brauchst Dir bezüglich des Copyrights keine Sorgen zu machen solange Du die eingeblendeten Hinweise nicht entfernst und die Bilder nicht kommerziell nutzt.

Und ich weiß nicht, ob Du "Flips" kennst. Damit kannst Du Flugpläne in Google Earth darstellen lassen. Ist vielleicht hilfreich für das, was Du vorhast.
