Italian Carrier Operations (ICO) is an Add-on scenery for Flight Simulator 2004. This version inserts a Nimitz class carrier near Naples Gulf, Sardegna and Adriatic sea. The carriers are escorted by a Ticonderoga class cruiser with a landable helipad. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to simulate working deck elevators to move the aircrafts from the hangar to the deck of the carrier.
