"RE: It would be nice if PMDG would update the 757/767!"
Not quite true, PMDG would have re-released the 757 and 767 and 777 for Fly II had an aircraft converter been available from TRI.
Since there is none, 777 v2 is the priority. Since the 757 & 767 will be able to use a lot of the custom code being done for the 777 as far as FMC, PFD, autopilot, etc, by completing the 777 which is getting near to being ready, they are indirectly getting large amounts of work done on the 757 and 767 (all 3 are twin engined craft, with similar design requirements).

Spending the cycles to start from scratch on the 757/767 would be a complete waste of time, as it would be a completely new aircraft, as nothing from the Fly 1 aircraft could be reused due to the vast changes in Fly II's systems modelling.

Remember this is a couple of talented folks that have real jobs and lives, this is a hobby to them

Don-
Wow. Sounds to me like you might want to read up on our published plans before you sound off in a public forum....

Ray describes quite well what we are "up to" in his post- so I won't restate it.

The 757 and 767 were both pre-SDK products- so we did not have access to many functions within FLY. The SDK came out- and we issued the 777- but we have felt that our time is best spent compelting the 777 under FLY!2 before turning our attention back on the 757 and 767.

Work is already underway on both aircraft- and we expect to release them before the end of the summer.
