Guys, I have released the Eastern Europe enhancement addon today. This adds most UT Europe functionalilty to the eastern portions of Poland, Hungary and the Slovak Republic.

To get the addon, go to the "Downloads" portion of www.scenerysolutions.com and scroll down to the section labled "Ultimate Terrain Europe - Eastern Europe Enhancement Addon (13 mb) "

This is an unofficial release for current UT Europe customers. Please make sure that you read the documentation before installing the addon. The most important thing to be aware of, is that the scenery is not released on LOD5 boundaries. So, border countries that are on the eastern sides of Poland, Hungary and Slovakia will have gaps in the scenery between the UT portions and the default FS2004 scenery portions.

I hope you enjoy the addon. The addon is based on TeleAtlas data for Hungary and Poland.

In the Slovak Republic, we used TeleAtlas data for the roads and railroads. However, we added over 600 hand-drawn water features created from satellite images. We also added over 800 towns/villages to improve the city landclass in Slovakia.

When version 1.2 of UT Europe is released later in the summer, it should contain some of these hand-drawn enhancements for western Slovakia, as well as the eastern portion contained in this addon.
