Dear Cloud9 Customer Support,
as you can see from the attached receipt I am a legal owner of a single licence for your EHAM-scenery.
I installed & activated this scenery on my PC immediately after purchase on xx December 2005.
A few days later I upgraded the hardware of my PC by installing a new hard disk drive. This obviously resulted in an invalidation of my key for your EHAM-scenery.
Due to the fact, that the 90 day grace period, which is described within your copy protection procedures, has not yet expired, I am currently not able to re-activate the scenery via your online activation facilities.
Could you please provide assistance to me, e.g. by providing me with a temporary second licence, so that I am able to use your scenery again asap.
I hereby assure that I will continue to use your scenery on one single PC only.
