Also das ist überhaupt kein Problem, ich habe zwar den Hp48, aber das muss man nicht, denn wie steht schon unter den FAQ:
Nutzung der Roms für HP38, 39, 40, 48, 49 ist von HP auch für "nicht besitzer" freigegeben seit herbst 2000

A: In general all HP-ROM files are copyrighted by Hewlett Packard. But since fall 2000 HP ACO allowed the use of the HP38, 39, 40, 48, 49 ROM's even if you're not an owner of this calculator type.
