Nur so eine Idee: Du hast ein anderes Desktop-Thema installiert. Die Knöpfe auf den Slidern erinnern mich an "Aqua" von Mac OS X.
Gibt es damit vielleicht eine Inkompatibilität mit Deinem neuen Graphikkartentreiber?
Hat es vorher schon mal funktioniert?
Hast Du ein Rücksetzen auf einen früheren Systemwiederherstellungspunkt probiert?
